President Trump’s common sense border policy has greatly reduced illegal crossings since he resumed office in January. Thanks to four years of crooked Joe Biden, our nation will be feeling the effects of illegal immigration for years.
Texas DPS pursued a smuggler of illegals on a high-speed chase in Cameron County earlier this week. Benjamin Barbosa, who is from Brownsville, fled from the DPS at high speed, eventually driving on the wrong side of the road, endangering numerous lives.
DPS conducted a PIT maneuver to stop the vehicle, a Chrysler 300, which was carrying five illegals from Mexico and Venezuela. DPS handed all five over to the Border Patrol. Barbosa is facing numerous charges, including human smuggling with a chance of bodily injury, evading arrest, and aggravated assault.

Texas DPS also posted images from late February into early March showing illegals using ladders to climb the border wall and others who just sneak into the US.

Texas has been highly successful with Operation Lone Star, which was launched by Governor Greg Abbott in 2021. The operation focuses on deterring illegal crossings, pursuing illegals already in Texas, and preventing and reducing the flow of illegal drugs such as fentanyl into the US.
The US Government has the responsibility and authority under Article IV, Section 4 of the US Constitution to prevent an invasion. Millions of illegals invaded the US under the Biden regime, but under the Trump administration, the border has been sealed and heavily guarded.
“The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.” Article IV, Section 4 of the US Constitution.
Rule of law is back.
