Terrorist Sympathizers Around The World, Including U.S. And Europe, Celebrate Palestinian Attacks | The Daily Wire

Terrorist sympathizers rallied in streets across the world — including in the United States and Europe — to show support for the Palestinians after Hamas and other Islamic terror groups murdered at least 700 Israeli citizens in attacks that were unprecedented in size.

Authorities in cities across the U.S. and Europe responded by increasing security at synagogues and in local Jewish communities, according to The Washington Post.

Images and videos circulated on social media showing terrorist sympathizers taking to the streets calling for the destruction of Isreal in Iran, Turkey, Lebanon, the U.K, Sweden, Germany, Switzerland, Denmark, the Netherlands, Australia, Canada, and in cities across the U.S., including New York City, Denver, Washington, D.C., and more.

The attacks were carried out during the holiday of Simchat Torah and on Shabbat — the Jewish day of rest that is observed by many in Israel. The terrorist attack happened on the 50th anniversary of the 1973 war — known as the Yom Kippur War — where Israel’s Arab neighbors launched a surprise attack during Yom Kippur, the holiest day of the Jewish Calendar.

Terrorists launched thousands of rockets into Israel during the early Saturday morning attacks, sending people throughout the country running for bomb shelters. Simultaneously, the terrorists used drones to drop bombs on Israeli defenses on the border, rendering them inoperable as terrorists used explosives and bulldozers to smash through Israel’s border wall. More than 1,000 terrorists then flooded into the country on paragliders, boats, motorcycles, trucks, and by foot as they hunted down innocent civilians door to door to slaughter or kidnap them.

Various reports put the number of people kidnapped at more than 100, a figure that included people from around the world, including the U.S., according to Israel Minister for Strategic Affairs Ron Dermer.

Top U.S. officials compared the attacks to the September 11, 2001, terror attacks. They noted that after adjusting for differences in population size between the U.S. and Israel, the attacks were comparable to several 9/11s.

A spokesperson for Hamas told the BBC that it received support from Iran and others, although he declined to say who else provided support.

Another Iranian-backed terrorist organization, Lebanon-based Hezbollah, also launched attacks against Israel over the weekend.
