Twitter is entertaining and informative under the benevolent internet king Elon Musk.
On Tuesday, the new owner aired out the social media giant’s woke dirty laundry — literally — while also exposing the fake narrative surrounding the 2014 police shooting of Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri.
Musk — who is practically living at Twitter’s headquarters as he turns the ship around — shared a video this week, saying, “Found in closet at Twitter HQ [for real],” alongside two laughing emojis. As the footage shows, the richest man stumbled upon what looks like dozens of #StayWoke tee shirts.

Where did these shirts come from?
Well, it would appear that the retro tees are from circa 2016. Jack Dorsey, the founder of Twitter and ex-CEO, wore the shirts to show support for the Black Lives Matter movement in wake of Ferguson.
“To me, my interpretation of what it means, and it has evolved a little bit over time, is really being aware, and staying aware, and keep questioning,” Dorsey said while explaining what #StayWoke meant to him. “Being awake, and eyes wide open around what’s happening in the world. We saw that in Ferguson, and what I didn’t really consider before I got there, that I saw on the ground, is what you see on the television screen versus what’s actually happening behind the camera.”
Of course, what happened in Ferguson is that an entirely false narrative that a teenager was shot by police while saying, “Hands up, don’t shoot,” which was driven by leftwing and BLM activists, aided and abetted by the media, spread like wildfire.
It was all a lie and multiple investigations proved that.
In 2016, former President Barack Obama’s own justice department released a lengthy report showing that Brown had attacked Officer Darren Wilson first — and with enough force that Wilson thought his life was in danger. Multiple witnesses supported this claim.
In fact, here’s how Jonathan Capehart, a columnist for The Washington Post, described what happened in 2015.
“What DOJ found made me ill,” Capehart said. “Wilson knew about the theft of the cigarillos from the convenience store and had a description of the suspects. Brown fought with the officer and tried to take his gun. And the popular hands-up storyline, which isn’t corroborated by ballistic and DNA evidence and multiple witness statements, was perpetuated by Witness 101.”
Capehart also acknowledged that the entire movement against police brutality was duped.
“Now that black lives matter to everyone, it is imperative that we continue marching for and giving voice to those killed in racially charged incidents at the hands of police and others,” Capehart said. “But we must never allow ourselves to march under the banner of a false narrative on behalf of someone who would otherwise offend our sense of right and wrong. And when we discover that we have, we must acknowledge it, admit our error and keep on marching. That’s what I’ve done here.”
But wait a minute: If Capehart wrote that in 2015, why was Dorsey still acting in 2016 as if the incident in Ferguson was something other than justified and according to the law?
Well, because leftists have been conned into thinking that Brown had his hands up and was shot. The false left-wing narrative that American police are systematically hunting down black Americans is still believed by many today — thanks in large part to the talking points spread by supporters of the BLM movement since Ferguson.
Yet it would seem Musk knows that.
One Twitter user responded to his video, “‘Hands up, don’t shoot’ is one of the biggest hoaxes to come from the American left in the last decade. That big lie has inspired many to become radicalized and militant.”
Musk simply responded, “True.”
The Telsa CEO also linked to the DOJ’s report on the matter.
So to recap — Musk is allowing more free speech on Twitter, vanquishing child porn from the site, and even dismantling and mocking woke liars. That’s great for the entire country.
